SEATED LEG CURL MACHINE

This is a machine for the strengthening of the ischiocrural muscles through knee flexion with postural rotation. Utilising progressive auxotonic resistance and employing the Canali “Safety Back” system, it reduces the tension on the back.

The rotation of the machine engages the abdominal muscles reducing the overloading action on the back and hyperlordosis (or excessive curvature of the lower back) by producing a smooth action through the flexor muscles of the knee.
